Another leader who joined Mudavadi and Kipchumba Murkomen in the list of competent leaders is Interior Cabinet Secretary nominee Kithure Kindiki who also gave a clear understanding of the docket.
Information Communication Technology and Education nominees Eliud Owalo and Ezekiel Machogu were also named by the analysts as leaders who showed competency.
"Somebody like Mudavadi gave an helicopter view of the entire administration, but placed specific emphasis on the economy, then there is Kipchumba Murkomen and there is Kithure Kindiki, Eliud Owalo as well Ezekiel Machogu those are the people who stood out." He said.
