Kabogo Sends Special Plea to President Uhuru Kenyatta

Former Kiambu governor William Kabogo has urged president Uhuru Kenyatta to find a way to make peace with his deputy William Ruto.

Speaking during the ordination of the new AIPCK church archbishop in Nyahururu, Kabogo stated that the troubled relationship between Uhuru and his deputy might ruin peace in Kenya that is already at risk because of the rising political temperatures.

Kabogo revealed that when Ruto seeked his support some few months ago, he told him that he and Uhuru must make peace first and reunite before starting 2022 politics.

Kabogo also advised leaders in the Mount Kenya leaders to stay united and avoid being drifted apart by the disputes between Uhuru and Ruto. He stated that if the drifting apart continues, there will be serious chaos among the people of Mt Kenya region in 2022.

Kabogo's statement came just days after president Uhuru Kenyatta declared that he will endorse one NASA chief to take over from him in 2022.
