ODM, UDA and the Jubilee Party were last evening engaged in a tight battle for the Bonchari parliamentary seat. However, ODM recorded a victory in the constituency. The big lesson that was learnt in the three by-elections that is Juja, Bonchari and Rurii is that nobody is more powerful than the people. No amount of state violence, bribery and intimidation that could beat the will of the people.
Fred Matiangi lost in Kisii after his chest-thumping, use of teargas and intimidations failed. Oimeke the ODM candidate was congratulated for winning the Bonchari elections. After the victory at Juja Susan Kihika send a powerful message to Deep State. In her remarks she claimed, "the last week has been a nightmare for someone. Today his ‘on life support’ Party lost in Rurii, Juja and Bonchari! Appears his imaginary grip of the Mountain is a mirage! Deep State and system is a scam! Hustler Nation."
DP Ruto also send a strong message to Uhuru. He claimed that Kenyans must thank God for Hustler Nation victory in Juja and Rurii and awesome show in Bonchari. He congratulated the hustler teams for their sterling performance against all odds. He asked his competitors that they pull together for the sake of the nation andto achieve the big four agenda.
However, Ahmednassir has caused more pain on the Jubilee government by claiming that, "Thanks to Vice Chairman David Murathe and Secretary General Tuju, my beloved Jubilee is officially dead. The cremation of the body is at Juja and thereafter the ashes will be thrown into the Chania River."
