William Ruto promised to deliver to Kenyans when they were elected by the Kenyans in 2013. Ruto promised seven modern Stadiums, Two Dams. This promises haven't been fulfilled but instead they have embarked in the 2022 politics. Ruto wants to succeed Uhuru Kenyatta and Rule for another 10years.
Ruto is the Rift valley region Kingpin and the Kalenjins believes that he should also be given time to subject his leadership skills. Ruto launched many projects in the Mt.Kenya region which are still incomplete. The biggest scandal was that of the Kimwarer Dam where Money was mishandled and Ruto proved to be innocent.
Ruto is claiming that Uhuru Kenyatta betrayed him after a successful one term and this came after Uhuru had a handshake with the ODM leader Raila Odinga, Uhuru Kenyatta didn't include him in the handshake.
Ruto is still preaching the gospel of hustler nation and he is giving out wheelbarrows and giving motorbikes to the youths as a form of job creation.
