UDA Gubernatorial Aspirant Names 29 Year Old Deputy Ahead of August Elections

As days set by IEBC to presidential and gubernatorial aspirants, UDA's Narok aspirant is not among those who are yet to decide who he will work within the fight for the 2022 seat. Patrick Ole Ntutu has picked a very young man to be his deputy.

In a press conference at Narok town, Ntutu said that the decision to pick the DG was out of rigorous interviews that took panelists a week. He termed the interviewing process transparent, diligent, and objective. He further revealed that many people were interested in the position but the youthful engineer came out as the best.

"The team settled on Engineer Mathew Kipkorir Kirui who is an engineer by profession and aged 29years," said Ntutu.

Ntutu said that he is inspired by his new deputy as he was also dame age when he joined politics in 2017 through the CCM party.

Ntutu picking Kirui was in a bid to capture Kalenjin votes who have huge numbers in the MAA-dominated county.
