The Supreme Court of Kenya is set to make the final ruling today at exactly 12pm. This comes after a full week of hearing from both sides, Independent Electoral Boundaries Commission (IEBC), Dr William Ruto (President-elect) and Raila Odinga's camp who were the petitioners.

Just minutes before the announcement could be made, the ODM boss Raila Odinga's diehard, Hon Babu Owino (Embakasi East MP) has issued a clear hint on what could be the verdict. In a statement on his social media accounts, Babu Owino has sent Raila Odinga a message, acknowledging him as a politician who has played a key role in his (Babu's) political career.
He has referred him as a hero who he will forever cherish. Although indirectly, Babu Owino added that his key allies have been playing him all along resulting to the bad ending of his (Raila's) political career. He then argued that tomorrow is still available to try again.
“Baba (Raila) you will forever be my hero. They played you all along. It was a long con. We live to fight another day," he wrote.
