The Baringo county senator and the chairman of Kenya African National Union (KANU) Gideon Moi, is one of the candidates who have declared interest for the country's top seat in the 2022 general elections.
Moi who is one of the principals of One Kenya Alliance (OKA) on Sunday toured his Baringo backyard where he attended a church service AIC Tandui and fundraiser in aid of the operation of the church.
Moi later had an engagement with the people of Sacho village where he was accompanied by KANU secretary general Nick Salat, the Senate majority leader senator Samuel Poghisio among other several political leaders drawn from different places.
The leaders unanimously endorsed Gideon Moi as their presidential candidate for the coming 2022 general elections.
The leaders argued that Senator Gideon Moi has all it takes to be the next president of this country just like any other candidate eyeing the top seat.
The vowed to burn the midnight oil and ensure that Gideon Moi gets a lot of support not only in Baringo county, but in other parts of Kenya.
Moi on his side said that they are still waiting for the decision by One Kenya Alliance team on the direction the alliance will take toward 2022 general elections.
