It has been a different day to Kenyans after His Excellence the president and the Commander-in-chief of the kenya defence force Hon Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta made an announcement about the lockdown . During the announcement today at state house Nairobi,he announced partial lockdown I several counties in the country.
The lock down is to be taken with immediate effect starting from 27th, Saturday March of the year 2021. The president also stated the time of curfew which will be starting from to 8pm which was starting from 9pm upto 5am in the morning in the mentioned counties.
The following counties are affected by the lockdown that the president made an announcement: Kiambu, Nakuru, Machakos, Kajiado and Nairobi. University students again has had a hard time of moving from their institutions to their respective counties where most of them has said that the president could have given them a week to prepare the fare to enable them travel to their home counties.
