Sossion has waded into the debate of removing the 4 IEBC commissioners from office amidst Azimio attempts to help them. According to Sossion, the 4 commissioners attempted a Coup d'etat and they must face the law because even the president himself is not immune from Prosecution or Impeachment.

Sossion is clear that the law is supreme and more so when it comes to Impeachment of rogue officers. It's clear to Sossion that IEBC Commissioners committed a criminal act and hence they must face Impeachment because they tried to subvert the will of the people.
According to Sossion, it's clear that Kenyans must never be afraid of removing the 4 IEBC Commissioners because they have taken political sides. It's a fact that for one to serve in IEBC, they must be Independent minded.
Sossion has urged the former premier Raila Odinga to be careful with his efforts to save the rogue IEBC Commissioners because they must face the law. Sossion is overly convinced that criminals must face Prosecution without politicians being obsessed to helping them.
