Martha Karua together with Raila Odinga took their Azimio campaigns in Meru county few days after the Raila Karua ticket. It was the second rally Karua was making after he was nominated as Raila's running mate on Monday.
She was accompanied by Peter Munya who is the CS agriculture, Margret Kobia and other Azimio leaders. Also present were Mt Kenya leaders who support Azimio coalition including Sabina Chege, Jeremiah Kioni and many others.

What has left Kenyans surprised is Kiraitu Murungi the governor Meru county didn't attend the Azimio Rally today.Kiraitu and his party joined Azimio la Umoja and nobody expected him to miss the Azimio meeting today.
His absence has raised so many questions and his commitment to the Azimio coalition.Kiraitu has on several occasions missed Azimio events and this is not the first one.
Although they reconciled with Peter Munya it might be the reason as to why he didn't attend the event or maybe he had his own reasons.
