Governor Ali Hassan Joho is known to be a harsh critic of Deputy President Dr William Samoei Arap Ruto while on the other hand, he is a die hard supporter of the Orange Democratic Movement party leader Hon Raila Amolo Odinga.
Governor Ali Hassan Joho has publicly exposed DP William Ruto as he revealed what he had planned to do. According to the vocal politician, he said that they received reports that DP William Ruto had plans of opposing devolution in Kenya. Governor Ali Hassan Joho has told told DP William Ruto that devolution is here to stay and that Kenyans should vote for Hon Raila so as to protect it.
