Kandara member of parliament hon Alice Wahome has revealed that the latest Odinga's visit in Mt Kenya has very little or no impacts since the region is not likely to support him. Wahome is a serious critic of Raila Odinga and plays a very important role in selling DP William Ruto in the region. This comes amid Odinga's confident of climbing the mountain. Odinga has had a number of visits in the region where he was endorsed by Mt Kenya business men's who promised to support him. However, the business men received a huge attacks from DP Ruto's allies who alleged that they have no interest with the people of the region and that they can change nothing apart from funding him.
It was thought that Raila Odinga has now been accepted in the region after being demonised for several years. However, Alice Wahome feels that Raila Odinga remains the same person in Mt Kenya and that whether he spends several months in the region he won't change anything and that the impacts of his tour will be meaningless.
