Deputy president William Ruto is gearing up for his first ever presidential bid this year as he looks forward to getting the opportunity to inherit the presidential throne from president Uhuru Kenyatta after the August general elections.
Today, the deputy president has taken his hustler nation message to Eldoret town in Uasin Gishu county where it is expected that he will attend atleast two rallies in the town that is perceived as his political stronghold.
After having a breakfast meeting with various leaders drawn from his camp including Aden Duale and Kipchumba Murkomen, the deputy president hit the street running with a Video shared on his social media pages showing him doing rounds in Eldoret.
In the video, the locals are clearly enthusiastic about the DP's arrival as they thronged the streets in huge numbers to receive their political idol. This is how kenyans are reacting to his reception in Eldoret Town.
