How Kenyans Reacted To Latest High Court Orders to President Uhuru Day After Mashujaa Celebrations

The supremacy battle between Kieleweke and Tangatanga allied supporters has been intensifying across the country and Kenyans are eagerly waiting to elect leaders who are ready to serve. The fight between Judiciary and executive is far from over. According to latest orders by high Court,

"High Court gives President Kenyatta 14 days to appoint six judges he failed to approve in June 2021; Chief Justice to swear them in after deadline lapses." KTN news reported. These has sparked mixed reactions among Kenyans and these is how they said,

"Then judges @Kenyajudiciary @CJMarthaKoome should be elected like any other representative because they are more political and powerful than a president @StateHouseKenya elected by millions of kenyans we need to revisit our Constitution on matters @Kenyajudiciary ."

"The High Court has directed Pres Uhuru Kenyatta to appoint the remaining six out of 40 judges he declined to approve in June within the next 14 days. Otherwise, CJ Martha Koome in and the JSC shall be at liberty to take all necessary steps to swear in the six judges."
