Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni Reveals The Main Reason Behind Meeting With Raila

Ugandan President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has today in the evening met with the former Kenyan Prime Minister Raila Odinga at the State House in Entebbe.

Taking the news to his official online handle Museveni has brought it out clear to the public on the main reason behind that meeting which many Kenyans were not even expecting.

He has stated that the main point of focus on their meeting with Raila was the discussion on a wide range of issues concerning Kenya and Uganda.

The meeting happened just a day after the ODM leader was reported to have gone to South Sudan to meet with their President.

For over the last four to five decades, the two politicians have known each other and have sometimes been close friends before the fight for Migingo Island emerged.

In the Kenya's history the ODM leader Raila Odinga is said to had launched the fight against Uganda during Kibaki's government over Migingo Island which he has always insisted is in Kenya but Ugandan government led by Museveni have always taken control of.

However, it has never seen that clear on what made the two appear like having not that good relationship as Museveni is currently is with DP Ruto who appears to be Raila's top competitor.
