"So Unfortunate, Adult Illiteracy Abounds in Kenya," Havi Speaks on Postponing 2022 Elections

Law Society of Kenya President Nelson Havi on Twitter says that the date of general elections is set by the constitution and elections may be postponed only when kenya is at war or incase of an emergency.

According to Havi,this ought to be elementary civic knowledge even to the most illiterate politicians.He added it is so unfortunate that adult illiteracy abounds in Kenya.

This is what he posted on twitter,

"The date of general elections is set by the Constitution. Elections may be postponed only when Kenya is at war or in case of an emergency. This ought to be elementary civic knowledge even to the most illiterate politician. Unfortunately, adult illiteracy abounds in Kenya. ^POLSK"

A fan replied saying,"Wewe mzae nini inakuwasha na siasa ya Kenya,tumechoka na wewe,sisi ndio wananchi tukiamua election ikuwe hata 2023 itakuwa,wewe ngoja election ya lsk."
