Narok County Senator Ledama Olekina has hit out at the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) over the arrest of a matatu driver and two conductors for hanging on a moving matatu.
Ledama has shifted blame on Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, claiming that the two conductors learnt the art of hanging on moving vehicles from the Second in Command.
He has called on NTSA to stop the double standards theu have shown in the arrest and cut the three some slack, since the DP also hanged on a moving vehicle during his recent visit to Kisumu and was not arrested.
"Now tell me my good friends @ntsa_kenya why should you arrest a Matatu Driver and two Conductors for hanging on a moving Matatu yet they learnt from the second in Command Mr. Riggy G himself @rigathi ?? Stop your double standards men! Cut them some slack!" Senator Ledama Olekina said.
