Azimio La Umoja-One Kenya Alliance deputy presidential candidate who is also Narc Party leader Martha Karua was made to end her Kisii rally prematurely after alleged police officer in plain clothe dropped explosive teargas canister exploded, when she was about to address Azimio La Umoja-One Kenya Alliance supporters.
It has been said that, there was tension witnessed earlier between supporters of Mp Simba Arati and Ong'wae supporters while making their ways to Kisii stadium. Martha Karua and Raila's wife, Idaho Odinga were flew by security officers for their safeties.
Azimio supporters directed their angers to some policemen who were still at the venue and accused them for interfering with Azimio rally in Kisii.
According to Azimio communication general secretary, Mr Etale. He retaliated that, a certain police officer in plain clothe interfered with their rally in Kisii county and the culprit should be brought under book as soon as possible.
