This morning, it is a huge blow to deputy president Willam Ruto, as his "Tanga Tanga" member is arrested. This morning, his spokesperson has revealed that the mp has been arrested. He also said he will be kept in police custody from today and the whole weekend.
According to Itumbi, the vocal lawmaker, who is also a close ally of deputy president Willam Ruto, has been arrested early 23rd July Friday 2021.
Itumbi claimed that the sleuths inted to keep Gachagua in custody for the whole weekend over trumped_up charges.
" By yesterday, DCI officers were saying they must keep him in over the weekend. Not only for Kiambaa but also to cover up the mess we have done with the arrest of the two judges..." Itumbi said.
For now, it is not yet clear as to why the lawmaker was arrested, but he has recently made headlines over some allegations.
