
President William Ruto is expected to travel the European Union (EU) late this month to ask for support for Kenya Defence Force (KDF) in Democratic Republic of Congo.
Speaking to the media shortly after holding a meeting with Italian President Sergio Mattarela, Ruto revealed that he will be visiting the EU this month so that he can negotiate on behalf of kenyans on how Kenya and Africa can be supported in terms of opening opportunities, he will also be seeking support on how the Kenyans trips in Somalia and DRC Congo can be supported to fight the terrorists that have greatly affected the two countries.

This comes after the Italian President visited Kenya where they have agreed to increase the Kenya's export to the European Union as a way of opening Kenya's market to foreign countries. Kenya is set to benefit in many things following the visit of the Italian President and when Ruto will be traveling to EU later this month.
