Latest Provisional Results As At 9 : 30 Am Shows That DP Ruto Has Already Hits 6.8 m

As Kenyans await the final verdict by the IEBC body, political players are also preparing their supporters for any possible outcome from the elections body. This is the case scenario from vocal city political player who has been vocal on social media to try and paint a Raila win in the August polls.

Kenyans have had to wait a long time because no media outlet has finished the process yet, three days after the election is over.

Deputy President William Ruto has already surpassed the 6.8M mark, according to the Provisional Presidential results published by KTN News as of 9:40 am on Friday, August 12, 2022.

William Ruto, the vice president standing under the United Democratic Alliance, has received 6,811,067 votes. This equals 50.2% of the total votes cast so far. Raila Odinga, leader of the Orange Democratic Party, comes in second with 6,659,476 votes, or 49.1% of the total cast.

George Wajackoyah, the presidential candidate for the Roots Party, comes in second with 57,308 votes totaled, or roughly 0.4%. David Mwaure comes in second with 0.24% of the total votes.
