Gatundu South Constituency Member of Parliament Honourable Moses Kuria is likely to find himself in a tight corner after some utterances that he made on Tuesday.
This is after the ruling party Jubilee vice chairperson called for him to be grilled over the utterances that could lead to restlessness among Kenyans ahead of the general elections.
In his alleged speech during the deputy president William Ruto's United Democratic Alliance movement Party National Delegates Convention, Kuria suggested that they had rigged the elections in favour of the Head of State president Uhuru Kenyatta.
This is the reason that David Murathe wants him to be summoned saying that Moses Kuria should be in jail for having taken part in such a serious and treasonous offence.
He urged the IEBC to summon the MP and investigate his claims the same way Murang'a Woman Rep Sabina Chege is being probed.
"Moses Kuria should go to IEBC together with the people he mentioned and explain how the rigging happened; we are not aware of any rigging that took place," he said.
This comes at a time when Kenyans have also tried to attribute the fact that Moses Kuria was the first person to discover the car of former top IEBC official who was killed back in 2017.
