According to the report from today's Daily Newspaper, yesterday's endorsement of Hon Martha Karua as Mount Kenya spokeperson by a section of Mount Kenya leaders led by Gatundu South Member of Parliament Hon Moses Kuria has marked her return back to active Politics.
The no-nonsense lady has been out of any elective seat since 2013. In 2017, she came second in Kirinyaga's Gubernatorial competition and she lost to the current Governor Hon Ann Waiguru who was using Jubilee's ticket.
It's believed that Karua's new role is preparing her to take over mount Kenya leadership and she now stands a high chance of being running mate to any canditate that Leaders from the region will agree to endorse.
On the other report in today's Daily Newspaper, nomination in United Democratic Alliance (UDA) is expected to determine the fate the newly unveiled Party.
According to the report, some members might ditch the party if they will fail to secure Party's ticket. What's your view on this? Leave your comment and share this article with your friends.
