Kandara Member of Parliament has sent a stern warning to Raila Odinga on attempts to make him sellable in the Mt Kenya region claiming that the crowd he pulled during his visit has little or no impact in the 2022 general elections.
Speaking in Kandara constituency Wahome said that few people from the region cannot be the voice of the entire region, she also added that the residents have already made there mind on who to support and vote for come the next year's general elections.
“Let them bring Raila, we bring Ruto and we shall meet the ballot where the winner shall be declared. There should be no stone throwing and all parties should strive to conduct peaceful campaigns in while selling their candidate and agenda to the people,” she said
“When the rubber hits the road, no efforts or resources shall be spared in ensuring we achieve this goal,” she added.
Wahome is Dp Ruto's top ally from the central region who has been in the forefront of selling his manifestos ahead of the 2022 elections.
She believes that the effort made by the tycoons from the region to force Raila down their throats has no impact citing the the residents have already made their mind this is after Dp Ruto's several visits to the region is search of 2022 favour.
