"I Am Still Going For Top Seat" Oparanya Speaks About His Presidential Bid In 2022 Polls

The governor of Kakamega County has declared that his presidential bid is still alive and he is waiting for the right time to declare his position ahead of 2022. During a special interview with citizen tv anchor he declared that he did the application with governor Joho and also paid one million shillings but they have never got any reply from the party.

Moreover, he declared that due to covid-19 requlations in the country it mainly affected the issue of meeting the delegates from various parts of the country to lure them to for him during the national delegates conference (NDC). He revealed he has decided to stay behind the ODM party leaders, Raila Odinga simply because all the members are supporting him to go for the top seat and he has decided to cool down to wait for his turn. He declared that he will attend Raila's endorsement meeting at Kasarani because he is one of the members of ODM party.
