The former Gatanga Mp Peter Kenneth has explained why the Kenya Kwanza Presidential Candidate Dr Williams Samoe Ruto is angry according to a report by TV47.
In a statement, the outspoken Mp says the opinion polls shows Odinga leading at 53 but will garner at 70% of votes. He says there will be no re-run as Odinga will win in round one.
""The pollsters say Raila is at 53% but in my view, he will garner 70% of the vote. It will be a round one victory. That’s why Ruto is angry." He said.
This comes as opinion polls by Tifa say the Azimio La Umoja One Kenya presidential candidate Raila Amolo Odinga will beat Dr William Ruto among the 'Decided voters'
According to the pollster farm, 53% to 45% favoured Raila and all the respondents (49% to 41%) for Ruto.
