Governance expert Javas Bigambo while speaking at Citizen Tv this morning tried to question the existence of the deep State and whether it should be fear. He said,"The state of the deep state has always been mysterious like the Bermuda triangle, one wonders does it exist or not? What kind of centrifugal force informs the mystery that goes around it?." Governor Kimemia who seemed very familiar with the deep State tried to explain how it works. He said," The deep state exists but I assure you it could be deeper than deep. If you have two candidates at the rate of 50:50 and the deep state backs one you can be sure that one will win. But the candidates must be credible and electable."
He also went in explain that the deep state is a no go zone and when questioned on how it works, he responded by saying that it works and allows the voters to vote and that it also include the people in the village and goes up to the polling station.
Here's what Robert Mbui had to say on the deep state." It means there are people in the system that are hell bent ensuring that the succession of the current system is maintained, so that they have the right person so that the country is stable."
