"BBI can wait" health workers tell Uhuru.

Kenya National Union of Nurses Seth panyako is known public speaker who does not his words.

Addressing the press immediately after the cabinet Secretary of Health Mutahi kagwe said that nurses and clinical officers should be patient with the government as it attends there demands,Panyako reminded all his fellow union members the strike was still on.

The nurses have gone for a strike after their continued cry that they be supplied with Protective gears when dealing with Covid -19 patients.

However the Government seemed to be ignorant of their cry and when they said enough is enough and they laid their tools down.

They now went to streets demonstrating for their demands which included delayed salaries, lack of protective gears and promotions to be addressed.

The government still seemed ignorant and failed to listened. The CS Kagwe also instructed county government to employ new health workers and fail to pay salaries to those on strike.

Speaking during that Press Panyako reminded the government that it should stop it's much concern on the BBI report and address their problem.

He was surprised that leaders were more concerned with a political document instead of attending to health workers who were at the front line of Covid-19 pandemic.

Later the CS met with KMPDU met with official and ended the doctors strike but that of nurses remains on till further notice.
