According to the report shared, the former prime minister Raila Odinga will prioritize rain harvesting and launch projects to tap Nzima springs on the boarder of Makueni and Taita Taveta to alleviate water scarcity in Kitui, Machakos and Makueni Counties.
Moreover, yesterday during Azimio La Umoja's presidential campaign at Makueni, Ngilu told the Akamba people that they need water and not food aids. A thing that has sparked alot of reactions from people across the country.
