He further said they will never settle for less, but they will look forward for higher position.
It's remembered that Hon Babu Owino won a Mizani Africa award for being the best leader in terms of advocating for education in the country. He was also hailed as a very active member of parliarment in the country.
However, in terms of developments, other 4 Constituencies topped his Constituency.
His post attracted several comments from kenyans, Majority of them praised him for recognizing the value in the young learners. They further urged him to continue with the same spirit since his political future is so luminous.
