Meet The Optimistic Uasin Gishu County Women Representative Aspirant

Speaking after a church Mass at Eldoret Fellowship church, she launches her bid.She campaiged that afternoon and Monday when she met with mourners at late Kibor home. Hellen Jeptoo Ruto will be vying for Women Representative using the popular United Democratic Alliance party in the region. Now that the pundits have put their stake that the the quest will be a three horse race to unseat the incumbent Boss Gladys Shollei, will she have the threshold to defeat Shollei who is known everywhere in the county and Kenya at large. Speaking on local Television (Kass TV), the optimistic lady said it was time for youths to be given top leadership roles and rubbish the claims that ' youths are leaders of tomorrow'.

Uasin Gishu County being the bedrock of Deputy President Ruto ,it is expected that all slots from gubernatorial to Member of County Assembly seats should be in solidarity to elect UDA aspirants. Yesterday saw the lady campaign in Munyaka, Kapsoya and Kipkorgot places of Ainabkoi Constituency which she promised to unleash her four point agenda that fully resonates that of Deputy President Ruto's bottom up economic model.

Using her experience in Commerce ,the duo promised to install training facilities to acquaint people with necessary and relevant skills to run their businesses which really touched people as they merrily applauded with jubilation.

She went further and promised to curtail marginalisation and vowed to build ground based offices in each ward to increase the relationship between her and the electorate if she gets the throne. Will she have the threshold to unseat Boss Shollei? Rachel Chebichi has also been campaigning to have the seat. Chebichi was the runners up in 2017 and she is confident she will win.
