Seemingly, their is a confusion among the Senator, proving not ready for the debate,alleges Edwin Sifuna, ODM Secretary General.
According to Sifuna,Senators haven't read the JLAC report they were to debate today. Further revealing Bungoma Senator, Moses Wetangula, also One Kenya Alliance Associate, demands before he highlights the JLAC document.
The One Kenya Alliance principal demands include;Hard copy of the JLAC report, refusing to discuss a document on iPad. The hard Copy documents should be complete with state issued highlighters.
Through twitter account, Sifuna Wrote,"Senators haven't read the report they were to debate today. Wetangula says he can't highlights a document on iPad. Demands hard copy of JLAC report complete with state issued highlighters." Sifuna recent tweet.
Others who also requested for More time to digest on the report was Deputy President William Ruto ally, Nandi Senator Cheruiyot. Cheruiyot asked for an hour break before they proceeds on with the debate.
