Th name Ezra Chiloba is not new to Kenyans especially those who witnessed the 2017 general elections. The former Chief Executive Officer of the Independent Electoral Board Commission, IEBC was fired by the IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati on issues of mismanagement of funds under his custody at the secretariat.
Since his ouster, Chiloba has remained silent for so long and was occasionally seen attending to his farm. The former IEBC chief is now back to work after he was appointed by ICT Cabinet Secretary Joe Mucheru as a member of Youth Enterprise Development Fund board for a three years term.
This new development has angered many Kenyans especially the youths who have said it was wrong for the CS to appoint someone who was fired for mismanagement of public funds but would have instead appointed someone else.
Some kenyans have been angered by the appointment while others are happy and wishes him all the best, below are some of the reactions;
Misoga Steve, "For you to proper in Kenya, you must have a past record of a scandal."
Shadrazo Kiprode, "Congratulations, Chilobae"
Fadher Onecy, "All the best"
Gamaliel Babayao, "Congratulation Mr chiloba."
Cosmus Lagat Beitom, "All the best chiloba"
