Concerning dewhipping of the Murang'a senator Irungu Kang'ata,i thought president Uhuru Kenyatta would hold back on the matter of dealing harshly with the senator. I would have if it were me. I cannot comprehend how he doesn't see the irony of scattering his own house while his handshake brother Raila Odinga's remains intact.
It is evident that since the handshake between the two leaders jubilee party has been crushing day by day starting with the deputy president William Ruto who is the second person in command in the party.
The deputy has been treated like a minor in the party with him being denied his roles as the deputy president.Again minority of the people allied to the dp have been demoted from their leadership positions leading to the party splitting into two.
Nowadays the jubilee party is divided into two,the kieleweke and tangatanga minions.Kieleweke comprises of people who are close to the president and are in support of the handshake and BBI while tangatanga is made up of people allied to the deputy president William Ruto.
Even the projects the jubilee government had promised its people back in 2013 seem to have been forgotten long ago with dp Ruto continuing with his personal projects and campaigns while Uhuru is pushing for BBI.
Did the handshake bring peace or hatred and disunity?
