Great news regarding the Congolese war in the DRC was announced by President Kagame. President Paul Kagame claims that in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, hate speech is not the only thing being expressed; people are also dying as a result of the refugee crisis, and he is confident that more deaths are still occurring. Rumors that Rwanda is aiding the M23 insurgents were debunked by Paul Kagame.

As a result, President Paul Kagame declared that because the M23 rebels are terrorists, they cannot be talked to. M23 rebels who attacked them are to blame for the killings that have occurred in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
