More than a week ago, the political landscape was pegged on Waiguru's switch from the handshake team to Ruto's camp.
This was followed by mixed reactions from Ruto's United Democratic Alliance (UDA). A section of the online community interested in politics conveyed that the Kirinyaga county boss admired Ruto's political outfit for she wanted to feature as a deputy president in Ruto's presidential bid.
The county boss believe that she has the political prowess that would allow her achieve a political goals without fraying her nerves. She has said that the competitors plotting on ways to dethrone her from the Kirinyaga gubernatorial seat will be disappointed for the county residents find her track record endearing.
To speak of her potential, she mentioned that she has what it takes not only to be the deputy president but the president of Kenya.
She added that her army of supporters would help her retain her seat even if she ran as an indipendent candidate.
Her declarations might have obviously angered Raila and Ruto who have both yearned the input of the governor in their teams. However, her genuine leaning is yet to be known.
