As the commander-in-chief of the armed forces, the security of the president is a top priority in events and today was not different as heavily armed security officers took charge of the pass out parade of AP officers at the NPC Embakasi 'A' campus.
Security is top notch at the Administrative Police pass out parade at the National Police Campus Embakasi A campus, an event that is presided over by President William Ruto.
Special Forces with tactical weaponry were spotted at the event that is attended by top security leaders in the country including Cabinet Secretary for Interior Kithure Kindiki, DCI Boss Amin Mohammed Ibrahim, Inspector General of Police Japhet Koome.
Deputy president Rigathi Gachagua among other leaders are also present at the event.

More than 5,000 police graduates are set to be released to service after a nine-month of training at various National Police Service training colleges.e new recruits will be required to remain in the service for at least 10 years before leaving.
