Uhuru Heads to Mutomo, Ichaweri to Vote

As the head of state, president Uhuru Kenyatta will lead by example as he heads to his home village in Ichaweri, Gatundu South Constituency to cast his vote.

According to media reports, president Uhuru Kenyatta is heading to Ichaweri where he will cat his vote at Mutomo polling station tomorrow at 10.00 a.m before returning back to Nairobi.

Without doubt, president Uhuru Kenyatta has made it clear who will vote for tommorow. Going by his words and party affiliation ( Azimio chairman), president Uhuru Kenyatta will or should vote for Raila Odinga. As opposed in 2013 and 2017 where the president voted for himself, he will be voting for a someone else - his successor.

Voting will begin as early as six in the morning according to guidelines laid down by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission. Kenyans have been urged to turn out in large numbers to vote for their preferred candidates as well as embrace peace.
