Less than three months before the August general election against Azimio, the Kenya Kwanza party, led by Deputy President William Ruto, has made another significant contribution.
This comes after a senior Kenyan politician abandoned his political ambitions and joined the Kenya Kwanza coalition's United Democratic Alliance (UDA).
Former Ndaragwa MP Gachara Muchiri has dropped his senate hopes for the Nyandarua region, according to a UDA party leader.
He welcomed the work of the team and the UDA and offered his support to the former UDA member, the Honorable John Methu.
They are expected to present the Nyandarua Senate seat to the UDA in the upcoming national elections where they will be competing with the Jubilee Candidate.
Because of his political knowledge, Deputy President William Ruto has revealed that Muchiri will incorporate his political knowledge into the campaigns in Kenya Kwanza.
