Fresh details have emerged about Ministry of Interior Dr. Fred Mating'i and how the CS is planning a downfall of Deputy President William Ruto ahead of the year 2022.
One of Deputy President William Ruto close allies has reported that there are plans by Ministry of Interior CS Dr. Fred Matiang'i in collaboration with one of President Uhuru's advisors and strategist Hon Nancy Gitau to stop DP Ruto ahead of the next general election in a bid to halt him from clinging to the Presidency.
Bahati MP Kimani Ngunjiri has alleged that the state through the influence of first lady Mama Ngina Kenyatta is spending endless nights to come up with a strategy to stop DP Ruto purporting that this is after trying the first move that failed terribly and whose aim was branding DP Ruto as corrupt.
The Tangatanga legislator has claimed that CS Matiangi and Nancy Gitau through the support of the state are the people behind the ongoing case at the International Criminal Court[ICC] involving lawyer Paul Gicheru saying that the main aim is to revive the case of DP Ruto dragging him to the 2007-2008 post-election killings.
Orange Democratic Movement Party Leader Raila Odinga has also been allegedly dragged in the move to stop DP Ruto with the Tangatanga MP claiming that the former Prime Minister has been hired as a top gun to paint a bad picture of how DP Ruto is corrupt.
"The Second plan includes Interior CS Dr. Fred Matiangi and Nancy Gitau who is an advisor to the President and Strategist. The two met Lawyer Paul Gicheru, and they requested him to board a plane to the Hague and revive DP Ruto's 2007/08 case," Kimani Ngunjiri has said.
