"We Might Even Not Get 35% of The 70% Set" Musalia Mudavadi's Ally Says, Stops Campaigning For Ruto

The rush to general election is on.The top contenders are doing everything possible to make sure that they get as many votes as possible. Both Raila Odinga and William Ruto are separately optimistic of being elected. However, this depends on the grassroot support that one is enjoying.

William Ruto has bagged Musalia Mudavadi and Moses Wetangula with a hope of getting nearly all the Luhya votes. It remains to be seen if Mudavadi and Wetangula will bring the 70% set by Ruto for them to enjoy the promised posts. However,Mudavadi himself has said that they will get 90% instead of 70%.

Unfortunately, things are getting tougher for Ruto in Western Kenya. There have been lamentations from ANC party about Ruto fielding candidates in its strongholds.Initially, there had been plans of zonings but this was later changed. It seems that UDA's action to field candidates in key western Kenya counties is still rattling the ANC party.

Just the other day,Kakamega senator Cleophas Malala told Ruto to keep off Western Kenya politics.Today, the senator has confirmed that the ground is hostile for Ruto.He has stopped campaigning for Ruto saying that he will only campaign for himself with a hope of converging ahead with the team.He has further said that they might not get even 35%.Will Mudavadi bring the 70%?
