ODM leader Raila Odinga has today revealed that he slept in the forest under the protection of elephants and other wild animals.
While speaking to the people of Voi, Raila has urged them to support the BBI revealing that it was for their best interest.
He took the opportunity to thank the coastal MCAs who ensured the Bill passed successfully in the county level.
BBI was overwhelmingly endorsed by MCAs after over 43 counties passed the Bill in the counties.
While selling BBI, Raila advised Coastal region leaders to abort the plan of coming up with a regional party. According to Raila, coming upo with a regional party is against the country’s unity.
Raila’s sentiments comes after Kilifi governor Armason Kingi revealed that in this month of March, he will be decamping from ODM to come up with the coastal party. The move of coming up with a coastal party has been supported by Ruto’s allies like Malindi MP Aisha Jumwa.
