The maendeleo Chap Chap party leader joined the Kenya kwanza team in Taita Taveta to campaign for Ruto. Its only a few days remaining for the general elections to be done in Kenya. Alfred Mutua is the outgoing governor for Machakos county. He is Seriously campaigning for Ruto so that he can acquire a slot in the government if Ruto shall win the elections.
While in Taita Taveta, Mutua decided to attack Raila and Martha Karua verbally in the favour of Ruto in order to lighten up to crowd. He alleged that if Raila shall be elected president, he shall not execute the duties well due to old age. Mutua argued that the country needs an athelete person who can be able to oversee all the government proceedings but not Raila who is slowing down.
"Tunataka mtu ako na mpangilio ndio asaidie Kenya. Huyo babu na nyanya hakuna kitu watafanyia wakenya. Wamechoka, nchi yetu ina watu wengi wa umri mdogo na hao hawataweza kuchunga nchi mchana na usiku( we want someone who has vision to help Kenya. The grannies won't help the nation. They're tired yet the country has a majority of young aged people. They won't be working day and night to deliver" Alfred Mutua said.
The words however have not been received well by most Kenyans who have flocked in their social media accounts to rebuke him. Below are some of the comments.
