While speaking in Kakamega town the evening of today on October 22nd after presiding over an empowerment programme, the second in command once again criticized the former ODM's leader promise that he'll see into it that jobless households in the country have something to take home every month should he succeed the Head of state.
A passionately speaking deputy president William Ruto started by appreciating the Raila for changing his manifesto from seeking to create job opportunities among the rich to seeking to catering for the needs of small scale traders and millions of jobless Kenyans.
He however cautioned Raila that his handout protection program which he is promising every jobless household to have Ksh6,000 per month or rather Ksh200 per day won't help solve the issue of joblessness in the country which according to him needs a much more serious approach. "As you must have realized right now, everybody has changed tune and the conversation is about small scale traders and their needs. Today you are seeing people like that man of riddles talk about nothing else but mama mboga, small people and hustlers." Deputy president William Ruto said.
"Even a construction worker earns a minimum of seven hundred shillings daily and therefore Hiyo Mia Mbili Kila Siku Haitoshi Nawaambia Tena," he added.
The deputy president William Ruto also used the opportunity to once again tell Kenyans that he's not a corrupt leader and that allegations that he is a thief.
