There are only a few days until the general elections, which are scheduled for August 9th. Today, July 15, the renowned research firm in Kenya Mizani Africa released an opinion poll showing how well-liked the candidates for governor in Trans Nzoia County are.

The race for the Ford Kenya ticket in Kenya Kwanza is close for Hon. Chris Wamalwa, a member of the Kiminini community. With only 25 days left, he is also having nightmares about Hon. George Natembeya, a former Rift Valley regional coordinator for the Democratic Action Party of Kenya (DAP-K) and member of the Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Coalition Party.
After being questioned and interviewed, however, the majority of the county's residents endorsed Chris Wamalwa's bid. Wamalwa received a support rating from the county of 51.2%.
Jimmy Nduruchu was able to earn 2.5 percent, and George Natembeya came in second with 43.6 percent of the popular vote. 1.8 of the participants supported Ben Wanjala.
