
The head of public service who served under president Uhuru kenyatta Joseph Kinyua is among the key dignitaries that is overseeing the oath-taking of Cabinet secretaries are allied to William ruto which is currently happening at state house Kenya.

This Is expected to be the last the ceremony is that he is presiding over as the head of public service and since his replacement was already named by the President William ruto a few days ago.
Also present at the meeting is the cabinet secretary designate for energy Davis Chirchir who is among the 23 CSS who are expected to take an oath of office to serve Kenya under the administration of William ruto.
Despite missing out in Ruto's inner circles at state house, farouk kibet also was among the leaders who was present at state house where the president and his deputy are overseeing the official order taking off their leaders.
