The 2022 presidential race have attracted many aspirants who are warming up through campaigns to receive the baton from President Kenyatta.
Among those that have made their declaration for the race are: The Deputy President William Rito, The Ukambani kingpin Honorable Kalonzo Musyoka, Honorable Musalia Mudavadi, Baringo Senator Gideon Moi and Ford Kenya party leader Moses Wetangula.
Deputy Ruto who seems to be dumped by his boss Kenyatta since the handshake between Odinga and the president, might win elections.
Most politicians and government officials who are close to President Kenyatta are all against Ruto's bid for presidency. They are for Raila. But Deputy Ruto is always welcomed by the residents wherever he visits. To mean he is loved.
In his campaigns, Dr Ruto have been telling residents how he helped Raila to become the Prime Minister after the post election violence which affected lives of many Kenyans . And also how he helped Uhuru to become the President when both of them had a case at the ICC and the two have turned against him.
These statements might make voters sympathize with Deputy Ruto on how he is dumped after all the struggle and vote for him in large numbers making him win with landslide votes.
