The main mastermind who helped the deputy president William Ruto in the formulation of the hustler narrative and wheelbarrow economics has now been revealed by the former chief justice. According to the new disclosure, David Ndii and others are the main masterminds behind the narrative that the deputy president has been using in his campaigns ahead of his 2022 presidential ambitions.
The former chief justice went ahead and disclosed that the narrative has been understood perfectly well by the aspirant William Ruto who is using it to his benefit and this is working perfectly against his opponents especially the former prime minister Raila Odinga who is battling the deputy president for the top presidential seat come next year's general elections.
Willy Mutunga also went ahead and said that leaders should always be ready to listen to their leaders and say whenever they have differences with them. While addressing the issue of the possible next president, he picked William Ruto as of now.
