"Mnakata Maji Sana" Charity Ngilu Reveals What is Happening in The Ongoing Devolution Conference

The seventh devolution conference in Wote, Makueni was officially opened today by former Prime Minister Raila Odinga.

President Uhuru Kenyatta who was supposed to open the event in person is currently in South Africa. He then sent Raila to represent him during the event.

It has now emerged that businesses are reaping much courtesy of the conference

Kitui County Governor Charity Ngilu is one of the governors who are attending the conference, and who came along with several products produced in Kitui.

She came with many products, among them the Kitui’s popular local drink’ ‘KALUVU’, which is wine made from honey and sugar.

Ngilu has said the drinks have attracted many customers at the conference.

She has thanked her customers for liking the products.

"Our biggest best seller at the Devolution Conference 2021 in Makueni, Kitui’s popular local drink’ ‘KALUVU’, Honey wine and Sugarcane wine. Flying off the shelf at lightening speed. Wueh! Wadau, si mnakata maji proper! 😂. Thank you 🙏 all our esteemed customers, mmetujenga sana," she said
