I Have Made Many Enemies Today By Presiding Over The Nomination Process, Mwaura Asserted

The United Democratic Alliance party nominations begun on Thursday 14th April in 36 counties across the country. The process ended well in most areas with an exception of few areas where the nomination process was postponed due to chaos.

However during the handing of the outcomes to the deputy president William Samoei Ruto, the UDA party National Elections Board chairperson Antony Mwaura claimed that he had made more enemies in the process.

At the hustlers headquarters in Nairobi, the deputy president commended the NEB chairperson and all that were officiating the nominations over their good work under minimum supervision.

“Mwaura at some point told me that he made many enemies over the course of the nominations process, but that if it is for the betterment of the party then it is okay. I think this has come together and many members of this party will come together to appreciate that it was necessary for the NEB to do what it did,” said DP Ruto.

The deputy president William Ruto went on to urge all citizens across the country to be more calm and welcoming as the process continues.
